Conductor: Annealed Tinned Copper conductor having Class-5 flexibility as per IS:8130-1984

Separator Tape: Polypropylene tape may be provided over the conductor

Insulation: Heat resistant flexible heavy duty elastomeric compound type IE-1 & IE-2 of IS:6380-1984 namely EPR Rubber

Fillers: Synthetic Fibre or Natural Rubber provided for strengthening of the cores and proper round shape of the cable

Braiding: Cotton or Nylon Braiding provided between Inner and Outer Sheath for strengthening the cable

Sheaths: Heavy Duty Heat Resistant Flexible  Elastomeric compound type SE-3 or SE-4 of IS: 6380-1984 namely PCP / CSP Rubber with HOFR properties (Heat and Oil resistant Flame Retardant)

Sizes available: 5C x 2.5 sq mm, 5C x 4 sq mm, 5C x 6 sq mm or as per customised size

Voltage grade:  1100 volts
