• Conductor: Annealed Tinned Copper conductor having Class-5 flexibility as per IS:8130-1984
• Separator tape: Polypropylene tape may be provided over the conductor
• Insulation: Heat Resistant Flexible Heavy Duty Elastomeric compound type IE-1 or IE-2 of IS:6380-1984 namely EPR Rubber
• Fillers: Synthetic fibre or Natural Rubber provided for strengthening of the cores and proper round shape of the cable
• Braiding: Cotton or Nylon Braiding provided between Inner and Outer Sheath for strengthening the cable
• Sheaths: Heavy Duty Heat Resistant Flexible  Elastomeric compound type SE-3 or SE-4 of IS: 6380-1984 namely PCP/ CSP Rubber with HOFR properties (Heat and Oil resistant Flame Retardant)
• Special feature: Stainless Steel wire rope provided along with EPR insulated cores for supporting the cores from snapping due to  continuous movement of the cable
